Your trip begins early around 4-5am taking you in a magnificent camel trek through the dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will be accompanied with a guide who knows well the track that leads to high dunes and who can speak some Spanish, English or French. Near your hotel, you will mount your camel and start trekking ahead deep inside the dunes, all you will see is vast sea sand, and all you can hear is the footsteps of your camel. In order to have a fabulous view and experience the peace, tranquility, sensation and sights you must climb the tallest dune. Otherwise, watch the sunrise around your camel park area. You will appreciate the serenity and tranquility of the desert. After spending these precious moments watching the sunrise you will return to your Auberge.

Sunset Camel Trek: lasting for almost an hour and half.

Your journey begins with the caravan of Sahara around 4-5 pm taking you in a wonderful camel trek through the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will be accompanied with a guide who knows well the the path that leads to high dunes and who can speak some Spanish, English or French. Near your Hotel, you will mount your camel and start moving ahead deep inside the dunes, all you will see is vast sea sand, and all you can hear is the footsteps of your camel. In order to have a fabulous view you must climb to the top of the dunes to experience the peace, tranquility, sensation and sights. Instead watch the sunset around your camel park area. You will appreciate the serenity and tranquility of the desert. After spending these valuable moments watching the sunset you will return to your Auberge.

••• You have the choice to spend the night in the hotel or in a desert camp.

Camel Trek & Overnight in a Desert Bivouac: This wonderful trip starts around 4 pm in the afternoon (depend on your arrival time) allowing you to reach to the Oasis deep inside the dunes where you will spend the night in a Berber tent.

Near the Hotel, you ride your camel and you will be trekking for a couple of hours over the impressive golden dunes. You will be accompanied with a guide who can speak some Spanish, English or French. You will enjoy the views of the vast sea sand dunes and watch your shadow lengthening on it along the path that leads to the camp in the middle of the dunes. The only sound you can hear is the footsteps of your camel. When you arrive to the private camp you will have the opportunity to climb the tallest dunes and watch the sunset while your guide preparing Berber whiskey (mint tea) for you. Later on, he will cook a traditional dinner. After relaxing and dining under clear, starry sky, the crew staff will set up a campfire and starts playing the rhythms of drums, singing songs, joking and telling stories around. You can have a walk on the sand or climb the dunes to brows the sky with its brilliant stars. Sleeping under camel hair tent like a nomad. Waking up by the call of your guide very earlier to climb the highest dunes to witness the sunrise and the ever-changing colors of the dunes. You will be pleased about the sensation, serenity, sights, tranquility and peace of the desert.

After all these enjoyable moments, you will trek back to your hotel where you can have hot shower followed with breakfast then pack your stuffs up and get ready for the new day.
