to your Marrakech Riad or hotel.
Marrakech is an interesting place to visit while you are on holiday in
Morocco. The city itself offers endless attractions, and it's the
starting point for wonderful excursions
into its beautiful surrounding area. Start planning your

-- Visit Of Marrakech & sightseeing city tour:
Marrakech is one of the most famous imperial cities in Morocco, it is
known as “the red city” or “The Pearl of the South" and
It
offers endless
and popular tourist
attractions.
A Full
day sightseeing tour of Marrakech is worth it and it requires
a local guide who will have a detailed knowledge of the medina (old
city) and its history. The list of main points of Marrakech is
never-ending, it includes: Djemâa El-Fna Square,
Koutoubia Mosque to admire its tower, the Majorelle Garden, the 16th
century Saadian Tombs, famous gate of Bab Agnaou, 12th century Almohad
Palace, the 19th century Bahia Palace, Menara
Gardens, explore the fascinating Souks and the narrow alleys around the
old medina.
This day tour starts around 8 to 9 am. You will be met with your
official guide in your Riad or hotel and you will have your lunch on a
local restaurant during the visit.
-- Kasbahs of Telouet and Ait benhaddou
On this day trip, you will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech and
you will travel over the Tizi N’tichka pass 2260 meters. Making several
stops on the road and enjoying the beautiful sceneries of high Atlas
Mountains along with Berber villages. You will visit Telouet Kasbah that
was a residence of the powerful Glaoui dynasty. Stopping for lunch and
Later on we continue to the village of Ait benhaddou, you will explore
the Kasbah of Ait benhaddou which is a UNESCO World Heritage site since
1987, this Kasbah or Ksar (fortified city) is situated on a hill along
Ounila River, and it was a backdrop for many movies such as Lawrence of
Arabia. Later we drive back to Marrakech.
-- Ouarzazate: Kasbahs of
Taourirt and Tifoultout
From Marrakech, we head towards the city of Ouarzazate over the
Tizi-n-Tichka Pass (2260m). Stopping along the way for photos and
enjoying the panoramic views of High Atlas Mountains along with Berber
villages located alongside the road. You may visit the Atlas films
Studios where numerous movies were shot, including: Asterix & Obelix:
Mission Cleopatra, Lawrence of Arabia, and Kingdom of Heaven.
Afterwards, you will visit
the Kasbah of Taourirt that was
built by the
Glaoui dynasty. You will have the opportunity to investigate the Souk
and have an optional Lunch in a local restaurant. Continuing our
sightseeing tour, you will visit the incredible Kasbah of
Tifoultout located
near the village of Tifoultout near the Oued Draa. You might want to
visit also the kasbahs of Ait benhaddou and Telouet.
Later on, we will drive back to Marrakech.
- Ouzoud Waterfulls
A full day trip from Marrakech to Cascades d’Ouzoud (is almost 170 km in
distance and takes 2 hours and half driving) – one of the most
spectacular and natural waterfalls in Morocco. The falls of Ouzoud are
located in the middle Atlas Mountains near the city of Azilal. The falls
measures 100 meters high and is becoming a popular tourist destination
in Morocco territory. You can hike on foot to discover the nature of the
nearby area (green valley, water mill, orchards, etc...) with the
possibility to see the monkeys or enjoy a boat ride. If you intend to
visit this place in summer; the natural pools below are excellent for
swimming and bathing. Your lunch can be served in a typical restaurant
around the falls while appreciating the tranquillity and the fabulous
views.
- Ourika Valley
Ourika Valley
descends from the high Atlas Mountains,
due to its proximity (65 km) to the imperial city of Marrakech it
becomes very popular destination where one can break away from the
norms, turmoil and noise of the city. Take this day trip to refresh
yourself and enjoy the stunning landscapes that await you, see small
Berber villages along the Oued (River) and
the colored variety of rocks and land
which makes it a charming countryside. Continue to
Setti Fatma, a Berber village at the end of Ourika Valley where you
can enjoy a delicious Moroccan Tajine meal at lunchtime next to the
beautiful free flowing river then have an optional walk to reach the 5
waterfalls.
In the afternoon you will be driven back to Marrakech.
- Essaouira
Essaouira: (was known as the former Mogador) this full day trip from
Marrakech will take you to the Coastal tourist town of Essaouira which
was built by the Portuguese. The sea side resort of Essaouira is 176 km
and takes only 3 hours from Marrakech. this charming city is famous for
its Gnaoua Music Festival in June and also with Windsurf Championship.
On the way, you may visit an Argan factory run by women and get to know
about the process of making Argan oil. When you arrive there you can
swim, relax on the beach or have a personal exploration of the old
fortified city (the medina), visit the fishing Port, and harbour. You
will have the chance to investigate the local Souks (markets) and enjoy
the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Taste a fresh seafood lunch in
the port.
In the early evening
we return you to Marrakech.
